I was born and raised right here in Martinez, Georgia — back when dirt roads were a little more common, and everybody seemed to know everybody.

I've watched the CSRA grow and change, but the things I love most about this community haven't changed at all. It's the kind of place where people still wave, neighbors look out for one another, and home means more than an address.

For more than a decade, I've had the privilege of helping buyers, sellers, relocating families, and investors throughout Augusta, Evans, Martinez, North Augusta, and the surrounding CSRA. Along the way, I earned my broker's license and have been fortunate to be recognized as a top producer year after year.

I was born and raised right here in Martinez, Georgia, and this community isn't just where I work — it's home. For over a decade, I've had the privilege of helping clients throughout the CSRA — Augusta, Evans, Martinez, and North Augusta — through one of the biggest moments of their lives. Along the way, I earned my broker's license because I wanted to keep growing and give my clients the very best I could. I've been fortunate to be recognized as a top producer year after year — but that's only because so many clients have trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives, and that trust is the real honor.

I don't sell houses. I sell journeys and dreams.

That's not just a slogan to me — it's why I do this work. Buying or selling a home is so much more than a transaction. It's a milestone, a fresh start, a homecoming, sometimes a hard goodbye. I love being part of that journey with my clients and helping them get to one of their biggest dreams, whatever that looks like for them. I've also built strong relationships with investors over the years, and I bring that same heart to helping them grow, too.

I lead Just Jan Real Estate Group alongside my husband and business partner, Dean — a former U.S. Marine who brings that same discipline and integrity to real estate that he brought to his service. Together, we make sure our clients always know exactly where they stand, every step of the way.

As a woman of faith, I try to bring honesty and genuine care into everything I do. And when I'm not helping clients find their next home, you'll find me at home myself — I'm a proud mom to four boys and a grandma to one sweet baby girl. Family is everything to me, and that same loyalty and care is what you can expect when you work with me.
